Patt’s Famous Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients

2 boxes of corn bread pre-made (Jiffy mix if possible)

1/2 cup celery

1/2 cup diced green onions

3 cans of chicken broth (14.5 ounce cans)

1 egg

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 box stove top stuffing with seasoning

1/2 cup diced bell peppers

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Directions

First, cook cornbread using the directions on the box. In a large medium mixing bowl crumble in the cornbread and add all the other ingredients. Mix ingredients until smooth and creamy. Preheat oven to 375°. In a baking dish add all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
